HATS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, JEWLERY, SHOES, BAGS, HAIR PRODUCTS, SALE ITEMS are all final sale.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO FAULTY REMOVAL OF TAG WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT!!! USE SCISSORS TO CUT YOUR TAGS OFF PLEASE!! We check all inventory before shipping to ensure it’s not damaged before. If for some reason your item has been damaged during shipping, file a claim with the shipping facility immediately. 

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-order dates are subject to change!!

Pre-order items are unable to be cancelled or refunded. You may only exchange pre-order items once you receive the item. You have 7 days from the ship day to exchange your item.

REFUNDS:

We do not issue refunds.

STORE CREDITS:

Store credits are set to expire 1 month after issuing.

EXCHANGES:

We do not issue refunds. We will only allow exchanges within 14 days from date received and you will be responsible for shipping cost on items you’d like to exchange. Exchange items must have tag attached, must not have been worn or washed. If you return a worn item you will be responsible for a $20 fee and shipping cost back to your address as we will not accept your worn items.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.
