Shipping Policy
 

• Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1~4 business days from the time the order is placed. Business Days are Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm. 

Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions

• We DO NOT ship on holidays or weekends.

• Shipping delays can be expected around the month(s) of November and December if site is experiencing high volumes of orders.

• If an item included in your shipment has "SHIPS" and then expected date, the order as a whole will not be shipped until all products of your order has been processed.

• If you want an item that requires or shows a preorder as well as other items, order the preorder item separately, or delays will be expected in order processing and shipping.
